Waki Wear creator unveils new lines of sexy spring apparel.

So you don't make a fashion faux pas this season, here are a few pointers from Waki Wear designer Vaughn Glover: Silvers and grays are the new black, bold-colored accessories are the bomb, and safari prints are now the party clothes of choice. "They're very affordable and unique," says Tony Harris, who's helping launch Glover's new 30-piece intimate-apparel line with a runway show in downtown Cleveland. "They're stuff you don't see every day, and you're going to stand out." The show is the third in a string of monthly fashion parties to introduce both new and veteran designers. After 18 years in the business, Glover has created a new line that is being applauded as "eye-opening." "It is probably the sexiest apparel you will ever see," says Harris, who edits the urban-oriented Talkofcleveland.com website. "I've been at some of Vaughn's shows. And when the guys come out wearing some of his stuff, the women go actually nuts. And these are church women."Since January, the parties have helped introduce new lines by druChristine and Stephanie Nunn, who sold three pieces before the end of her show. "Cleveland used to be a style-and-fashion capital, and I want to try and bring it back. A lot of designers are looking for a place to do a stand-alone show, but they don't know how to market it," says Harris. "This is a way for people who have talent to show off their stuff."
