Honeytribe is led by son of the Allman Brothers' Gregg Allman, singer-guitarist Devon Allman, who inherited just about everything he could from his dad — voice, chops, beard — and spends every gig living up to the name. In one winding jam after another, the group plays everything from classic-rock originals to blues standards, tearing it up like a young, hungry fusion of the Allmans and Santana, with B3 bomber Jack Kirkner keeping the air ablaze.
