Draw Hard

As part of the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival, Draw Hard will be screened at 10:30 a.m. today at Chagrin Falls Township Hall . Draw Hard documents the life and work of local illustrator and indie comics hero John Greiner, AKA John G. John G. is best known for his comic with longtime friend and collaborator Jake Kelly, The Lake Erie Monster, as well as his iconic sandwich posters for Melt Bar & Grilled (not to mention is numerous cover illustrations for Scene). The 2015 short film was created by TurnStyle Films and directed by noted local filmmaker Jon Nix. As the film documents, John G.’s story is as interesting as the art he makes. Tickets are $10.
