If you've never been to the Town Fryer, Fat Tuesday is your last chance to check it out. It could be the friendliest watering hole in Cleveland, and owner Susie Porter has created an authentic N'awlins vibe. The Fry days end with a night of live music and crates of crawdads imported fresh from Louisiana. And if you've never chowed down on a spicy crustacean before, know this: They're good, but they're even better with beer. The funky experimental jazz trio Good will serve up some hot tunes -- picture a blend of Medeski Martin & Wood and Booker T & the MGs. -- and songstress Magnolia will complete the Cajun theme.
