Brogan's Pub & Eatery: A champagne toast at midnight caps off the restaurant's first New Year's Eve Blowout. For $100 per couple or $60 stag, you can dine at the buffet, choose from among 24 draught beers, and order liquor and mixed drinks from the friendly bar staff. Tickets must be purchased by Dec. 26. Cleveland Plays: Put on your best suit and dancing shoes, head to Gray's Armory, and get ready to ring in 2002 with a bunch of sports nuts. For a $75 ticket, top-shelf libations will flow from the open bar, trays of fabulous hors d'oeuvres will satisfy any palate, and Charlie in the Box will play live music. Hinckley Lake Reservation: Looking for a different way to ring in the New Year? Join naturalists Jenny McClain and Sharon Hosko for a 3.5-mile hike around Hinckley Lake.
