Pete Correale may not be the most recognized comedian in the game, but he’s no lightweight when it comes to critical acclaim. In 2011 Correale received Punchline Magazine’s No. 2 Stand-Up Special of the Year nod for his honest blend of comedy that puts his flaws right in the middle of the act. His Comedy Central special, The Things We Do For Love, touches on his addiction to smoking, his judgmental tendencies and his impatience in frustrating situations. His style is similar to that of equally disdained and beloved comedian Dane Cook, but without the obnoxious yelling and frantic movements. Numerous appearances on late-night shows have helped increase his popularity. (William Hoffman)
