Long time performers and a staple in the early 2000s emo/post-hardcore music scene, Taking Back Sunday are here to stay. The band has been through a lot; it’s gone through numerous members only to eventually reunite in 2010 when John Nolan and Shaun Cooper would re-join the band. In the meantime, frontman Adam Lazzara has become an icon in the scene; he eventually took over vocals back in 2002 after past member Jesse Lacey left to form another iconic band, Brand New. They released their sixth studio album back in March 2014 and it debuted at number ten on the Billboard 200. Taking Back Sunday proves they haven't missed a step, and as long time veterans of the scene they have a reason to be revered by fans and other bands alike. (Harp)
