It's been a long road for post-hardcore band the Used. Alongside bands like My Chemical Romance, the Used was a staple in the early 2000s emo scene. However, the Used has evolved since its earlier days. No longer being forced into the “emo” genre, the Used has been pumping out more alternative rock oriented albums. With the release of their latest album, Imaginary Enemy, last year, they show their ability to evolve in sound, yet still keep their fan base happy. Don't worry though, the band still embraces its past and you can still expect to hear old songs like “The Taste of Ink” and “All That I've Got.” (Martin Harp)
