Red Space is basically a glorified warehouse, which is OK if that's what you're looking for. But be aware that it is very dirty. The floors are so filthy you would not want your guests to kick off their shoes (like they do at prom or weddings).
Strawberry Mimosas are AMAZING!
Really cool spot. Should be a go to spot come Spring and Summer!

THE 330-725-6443 NUMBER IS ACTUALLY SOMEONE'S PERSONAL NUMBER. SHE MENTIONED THAT PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS CALLING AND HAVE BEEN FOR A LONG TIME.
I THOUGHT SOMEONE MAY WANT TO DO SOME RESEARCH AND PROVIDE THE CORRECT NUMBER FOR THIS LOCATION: ON THIS SITE FOR THE MEDINA COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.
JUST LOOKING OUT!
Best homemade Italian food that can be found in Cleveland! Excellent service and hostess staff.
VORTEX is Great for hosting Dance parties with DJs mixing a wide variety of Dance music.
The club is located on Brittian road in Akron. The 100+ car parking lot is shared with another business. It is well lite and the street patrolled regularly by Akron’s finest.
Once inside the club you are carded 18 or 21 and assigned a wrist band for age. It may appear small, with a bar, 2 pool tables and a small stage for DJs. But another series of doors opens up to a large main stage area of about 1,000 sq. ft. The whole area is dance floor, with a few chairs along the side walls.
Off the main dance floor, there are 2 small quiet rooms and one larger lounge room with a few couches. It is perfect for relaxing, talking with friends without yelling due to the volume of loud speakers.
The alcohol permit is for the bar only, but since the main dance floor is a totally separate bldg., it allows for the main stage area of the club to stay open from dusk till dawn.
All shows have several bartenders who are efficient, polite and professional. Depending on the event Security is hired and visible.
I have been to the Vortex 4 times in last year and I have never seen a fight or unruly behavior there is a peaceful vibe that hums quietly all night long. The majority of the events I attended had a mix of EDM dance club kids and young hippies, as POI and Hula Hoops and Grateful dead attire are common, even though the music is all most all electronic, Deep bass, dubstep and club/house mix of top 40. The Akron DJ/Dance is on fire and growing bigger with DJs coming from out of State as far as was a MD and LA. The Vortex is perfect for hosting upcoming DJ/dance events.
I am a huge fan of the pizza and marinara sauce! The restaurant is not open all days, which is disappointing. It seems to be closed whenever I want to order pizza. That being said, the pizza is great. If you dine in, you cannot order a large pizza (odd!) but large pizza is available for carry out. The bread that comes along with the salad is also very good. I try to stay away from that part, though.
They always make us feel so comfortable (the staff, not the owners). The owners are rude and stuck up and don't even look at you. The guy at the front window is awesome and is basically the cheer of the place and why we keep coming back. The floor could use a vacuum, but other than that it seems very clean. My husband and I have only been with one other couple there because they have a little clique that won't even look your way and not a whole lot of other minglers. We go there, get turned on, and fuck in one of the amazing rooms there. (PERSONAL FAVORITE ARE THE SWINGS:) )
My experience with this place was really good, everything we ordered tasted great and was hot and nice sized portions. I live in Cleveland, and it's a 45 min. drive, but I don't mind the drive at all for the food. Loved it.
Workers are nice. Not enough of them. Lines too long. No one to check in on the movie goers. Should have someone to see that all is well. During the past 4 movies there have been rude loud talkers and rowdy kids. No one did anything but it ruined my movie experience
,my visit was about 5 years ago. i took my son 13 and daughter 11 at the time. so i order 1 all you can eat crab legs. the staff was watching us the whole time we was eating dinner and also threatened to charge me for multiple all you can eat crab legs for sharing some with my children. i haven't been back since.
Blazin Bills was a great place with the best ribs and accessories. Unique decor with a spacious saloon style bar, warm and cozy for family and community. Some day this gem should return with a shine. Tim Neil
Great local shows!
Ordered approx. 9pm. 1 large the works, big don italiano sub, cinnamon bricks street bread, and a deluxe stromboli. Order arrived almost an hour later, cold pizza. Cold stromboli, and burnt brick street bread. Weak stromboli.....Unacceptable in every way possible 31 bucks and I tipped over 3 bucks. NOT GOOD.
Very clean little venue with great sound. No moshing allowed is kinda lame, but it's understandable with the size.
So disappointing! They don't carry Kahlua at the bar. That's all my husband drinks. So, I guess they don't have a full bar. Strike 1! The items listed on the menu seem to be so delicious and unique. However the food was so bland and unappealing. I ordered the Moroccan-Spiced Chicken Salad. It was basically flavorless. There were maybe 4-5 chunks of chicken in there. All together they wouldn't even equal half a chicken breast. What a rip off! My husband ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza. It too was bland and flavorless. Also... the wrong pizza was delivered to our table. We hadn't even realized that yet, but before we began eating the server returned to our table and retrieved that pizza telling us it was the wrong pizza. He carried it back inside (we were on the patio) and within 60 seconds he was out on the patio again serving what I believe was the same pizza to the table next to us. I have no proof but that is what I believe. We frequent Legacy Village because we live near by. But we'll never go back to California Pizza Kitchen!
I went there at the spur of the moment, a few weeks ago, the music was outstanding we danced non stop for the two hours i could handle without being allowed to sit down. I didn't know only those who made reservations could have a table, nor i knew that "general admission" meant you are not allowed to sit anywhere! we of course sat intermittently on the stage till thrown out by security (they were worried about our hearing! lol!) other than that ... the crowd was awesome...the DJ was outstanding. I don't give a 5 because i did not feel particularly welcomed and i felt intimidated by security. unfriendly security . At the club across the river... security guards have brought me a bottle of water for free when heat exhaustion is apparent and they of course let us go up the stage. FWD needs some customer relations improvement!
