I used to live on Avon st.and we went to the Temple Tavern like 3 nights a week.sometimes..I met my first wife there and it was ALWAYS PACKED!! US METAL always played to a packed house there or Ramones Nightclub
I get where you're coming from i guess. Robert Plants style is absolutely crazy good and unique but in terms of who's actually more talented Freddie Mercury did have a way better vocal technique, control, range etc. I think the reason people hate on Queen is because they were never elitist or high and mighty like most bands people consider "good" or classic. They played for ordinary people, whether they were critics, music lovers/musicians or just ordinary people out for a good time. Like they always changed and didn't really take themselves too seriously and just loved their fans and saw themselves as being on the same level as their fans and some people don't like that.
I want you to know WHAT AN ABSOLUTE DICK HEAD YOU ARE!
DO YOU HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN THE MUSIC BUSINESS AT ALL? DONT YOU REALIZE THIS TYPE OF SHIT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME? YOU MUST BE PAYING TOO MUCH ATTENTION TO GARBAGE BANDS LIKE LINCOLN PARK!
ELP CREW IS APROACHING 70 AND THROW A BETTER SHOW THAN YOU AND YOUR ARMY COULD EVER HOPE TO PUT ON.
YOURE A SORRY PUNKASS LITTLE SUCKER TO DIS ON ONE OF HISTORYS GREATEST TEAM OF MUSICIANS.
Did you obtain YOUR DEGREE FROM A BUBBLE GUM WRAPPER?
OH, NO YOU DONT HAVE A DEGREE!
FUCK YOU LITTLE PUSSY HATER.
IF I EVER SEE YOU, IM PUNCHING YOU IN YOUR FUCKING MOUTH HARD AS FUCK.

I used to go hear Flatbush a lot I wish
I could f Ind the album or at least be able to download it. Any chance you share on frost wire? Thanks Brian from Cleveland
I've been a fan from the first time I saw them on T.V. on the "Paul Lynd Halloween Special" back in 1976 (I was 11 yrs old) . My wife in I drove down from Toronto to see the show. We missed the chance to see them locally a couple of weeks ago. However this turned out to be an amazing "road trip"! Spent a couple of days in Cleveland at the Westin hotel downtown. Went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on the morning of he show, had a late lunch on the patio at the "House of Blues" by the "Arcade", then headed to the Blossom Music Centre for the show. And what a Show it was!!!
The other "comments" from fans posted above sum up the show perfectly.
All I Really want to share with you is the fact that "CLEVELAND ROCKS"!!!
My wife and I had an amazing time. We LOVE your city and all the good people of Cleveland. Your city has a TRUE musically vibe that flows from every corner of every street to every person we met. Cleveland should not only be proud as the "home" of the Rock Hall of Fame, But the Rock & Roll museum should be proud that Cleveland is their host.
Thank you, Cleveland
Thank You, KISS
None of them are even good their raps haves no sense little Wayne is playing Dr.Sues with his terrible rhymes. I am not a fan of any of the young money members
Nugents rocks, screw the haters.
i have you in my life and how many i love you this much all my love for you
The hefty ticket price says it all about Anti-Flag. They talk the talk (asinine and one-sided as that is) but they don't walk the walk. They are anti-consumerism except when it affects THEIR pocketbooks. Then capitalism is just fine with them. Kneejerk radicals about everything. Predictable. Yawn.
Your article has the ring of truth as told to me by a Nashvillian I trust. This is, of course, is hard to nail down as being called an asshole is mostly subjective. That said, I'll go with the pigeons verdict.
GOOD QUESTION ~ AMEN!!!!!!!!!! Mike Angelo was (and I'd assume still is) and amazing guitarist . . . he was a true musician/artist. I still can see him holding his WHITE- Gibson Double-Neck guitar, that unfortunately I heard he had sold Long ago. Im am glad that someone related to Mike has surfaced to aknowledge. Rumor had it that "Mikey" actually could play classical piano and use to display his keyboard CHOPS for friends, obviously never during SECRET performances, but I heard about it over the years. Im the person who had POSTED Vidz of your dad on Youtube from the SAHARA Club 1991. You father Teamed with Eric, Dave Smalley (pre-john penca) in late 1985 (a very long time ago) . . . to form the 2nd version of THE SECRET. I will say that I continue to hear Mike Angelo's name brought-up to this day ~ STILL~ over 20years later. I hope he is Doing WeLL and still playing. I wish him all the luck in the world ~ John Tomczak
I love their music ,I agree glee would ruin there music ,I just wish they would had come to Cleveland on this tour ,
Why does this not mention Mike Angelo the guitarist/singer (my dad)? We lived next door to Eric for 10 yrs. I grew up falling asleep everynight in Erics home studio. Ijs..... -M.Angelo
After reading this and hearing the music I'm going to buy probably most of there albums so far released because I honestly believe artist like this deserve to keep making music and should be paid to do it.
Looks like an awesome show! Love these guys and I can't get enough of the video they have on their website right now. So excited for the new CD!!!!
I'm a huge liberal too, but she's my favorite country artist. I have to respect her oppinion and support her artistic freedom, and I agree with most of it. I am pro gun, but she is somewhat right about her side being prettier though, lol
I hate KISS because they are baby boomers. Baby boomers and their greed, selfishness, sex, drugs, and rock and roll have ruined everything for gen x, y, and z. I wish the baby boomers would all die already. Die, baby boomers, die!
I`am Yahua Mohammad aka John (Jazz bass) Caldwell. I played with him in the early 70`s R&B bands. He loved to play jimi Hendricks. We could`nt get him to stop playing his songs. I`am happy he stayed with the blues. He tried to be a boxer too. When in jump on stage and tried to box Mohammed Ali in Glemville HS gym.
No, you are wrong. They rock like crazy and have a great band. They have taken songs like Deja Vu, Military Madness and For What It's Worth and improvised them to create artistic classics.
This time around, Stills only picked up the acoustic guitar a few times (and for me, that is unfortunate - no Treetop Flyer).
