It's a course designed by Donald Ross and Sandy Alves. It plays well, and is a pleasant test of golf. It contributes to the fine private courses on Cleveland's East Side.

It's a links-style golf experience, with numerous grass and mound-bunker hazards.
The clubhouse has food, beer, liquor, dining room, lockers, showers, and pavilion.

This course has two advantages. The first is its close proximity to downtown Cleveland, and the other is its interesting layout.

It has lots of water on the front and back. It's a long course, built on farmland that is tough and a bit rough around the edges.
Club members benefit from accommodating tee times and enjoy a par-71 championship golf course, with picturesque fairways nestled among trees, streams, and a magnificent landscape. Members also enjoy a full range of instructional programs and a fully stocked pro shop, under the direction of golf pro Gary Trivisonno.
