Edgewater is divided into upper and lower parks, connected by a bike path and fitness trail. Upper Edgewater features a renovated pavilion that can be reserved. It has restroom facilities and playground equipment, and is within walking distance of the 900-foot swimming beach.

Edison Woods Preserve offers a variety of opportunities to enjoy a relaxing and educational visit with nature within its more than 1,300 acres. The trail system at Edison Woods allows visitors to appreciate marshy meadows, wet woodlands, and sandstone cliffs. The reserve is also home to a vast array of wildflowers, rare plants, amphibians, and reptiles.

The upper Cuyahoga River flows through an ancient valley filled with glacial deposits at Eldon Russell Park. This 132-acre reservation features ridges that support an upland forest of beech, maple, oak, and native white pine. The kettles below harbor a number of rare plants.

This is a traditional amusement park with 18 rides for children and adults. Pay by the ride, or buy an unlimited ride pass. Open daily at 2 p.m. during the summer.

Euclid Creek Reservation is named for the Euclid Creek, which runs the length of the reservation. It features wooded hillsides, where the rare rock-chestnut oak grows. The reservation is located in Euclid, South Euclid, and Richmond Heights.
