If you find yourself oddly thirsty and horny, do not be alarmed: You’ve probably just been spending too much time on West Ninth Street. Because while we’re no experts in subliminal advertising, we’re pretty sure, judging by the faint tingling in our toes, that we’ve figured out what the folks at Skyy vodka were going for with this billboard, which went up recently outside the window of C-Notes' secret lair, on West Ninth between Superior and St. Clair:
