Philomena's Ristorante Closes

Back in November, the Plain Dealer offered a glowing review of Philomena's Ristorante (7503 Granger Rd.) in Valley View, which had opened a few months earlier in late summer. I am in no position to comment on the restaurant because I never had a chance to eat there.
Just before the first of the year, Philomena's Ristorante closed its doors after just six month in business.
Set in the former home of Cleveland PM, long a restaurant and short a strip club, Philomena's had been attracting a steady following. The Sunday Grand Brunch was a fast favorite. A former staffer says that business never managed to overtake overhead
