Sixth City Diner Down For the Count

There was a lot of optimism in the Warehouse District that Sixth City Diner (1265 W. Ninth St.) would be a worthwhile replacement for Waterstreet Grill, which closed its doors this past June after almost nine years in biz.
That does not appear to be the case: Sixth City Diner is no more.
Owner Daryn Kinkoph opened the downtown diner this past July, taking over the airy warehouse space that Waterstreet vacated the previous month.
Attempts to reach Kinkoph for comment have been unsuccessful.
