Video: Remember When Tower City Center Opened in 1990?

Buildings are heading skyward all over town, the new Inner Belt Bridge and its tentative completion date of 2056 are chugging along, and new projects are being lined up all over downtown.

Which brings our minds back to the $400 million Tower City Center and its opening in 1990. WEWS posted archival footage from its reports back in the day detailing the problems and architectural wrinkles designers had to maneuver around, and since we're suckers for just about any old video of Cleveland, we posted it below for you to enjoy now.
