Michael Symon will be signing copies of his new cookbook, "5 in 5: 5 Fresh Ingredients + 5 Minutes = 120 Fantastic Dinners," which he co-wrote with Scene dining editor Douglas Trattner, at the La Place location of Williams-Sonoma (2101 Richmond Rd, Beachwood, 216-839-1780) at 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 7.
The book officially is released on September 3.
The cookbook is based on a popular segment the chef developed for ABC's The Chew, in which he pulls together a quick meal in less than five minutes using just five fresh ingredients along with everyday pantry items.
Symon recently appeared on QVC to promote the book. His two-hour time slot was quickly reduced to less than three minutes when the station's allotment of 11,000 books sold out in that amount of time.
Keep in mind that only copies purchased at the Williams-Sonoma store where the event is being held will be signed.
