A few months after he was found not guilty of having sex with a 14-year-old girl (and peeing on her — let’s not forget that), R. Kelly was set to release his 10th album, 12 Play, 4th Quarter. The record was pulled after some tracks leaked online. A year later, the reworked album — now titled Untitled (go figure) — includes some of the tracks slated for 4th Quarter. But its best cuts are the new ones. “Number One” and “Religious” are straight-up love songs; nothing too freaky about them. Then there’s “Bangin’ the Headboard” (no explanation needed), “Go Low” (ditto) and “Pregnant,” where the R&B loverman declares, “Girl, you make me wanna get you pregnant” as backup vocals chime in with a supporting “knock you up!” It’s a classic Kelly moment, right up there with the whole keys-and-ignition thing. And it’s sure to be a highlight of his Ladies Make Some Noise Tour, which plays PlayhouseSquare's Palace Theatre (1615 Euclid Ave., 216.241.6000) at 7:30 p.m. Tickets: $47.50-$96.50. — Michael Gallucci
