"If you have a DJ that stops and starts, you have people walking off the dance floor, yelling, 'What the fuck are you doing?'" she says. The set list is always evolving, based largely on crowd reaction. Fergie's "London Bridge" is a recent addition. "They loved it and went, 'Who is it? Who is it?'" says Freeze. "I want them to say, 'Aw, shit, let's dance!'"
