You might know your body, but Cleveland Clinic anesthesiologist Michael Roizen claims he knows it better. Find out how tonight, when he signs copies of his new book, You: Staying Young — The Owner's Manual for Extending Your Warranty, in Solon. As a frequent contributor on Oprah, Good Morning America, and Today, Roizen advises that exercising and eating right are the key ingredients of his recipe for taking care of yourself. His first book, Real Age: Are You as Young as You Can Be?, became a global phenomenon. Roizen wrote that your age doesn't necessarily mirror the number of years you've been alive. Instead, he said, it's measured by how you treat your body. In You: Staying Young, Roizen revisits aging, homing in on the moans and groans over muscle aches, diseases, and other ailments that you expect to face. But he says your body doesn't have to break down, if you give it a little TLC. Roizen meets and signs for fans at 7 tonight at Borders Books & Music, 6025 Kruse Drive in Solon. Admission is free. Call 440-542-9480.
