Tonight’s Festival of Lights combines a cultural history lesson, an outdoor walk, and lots of luminosity. Experts enlighten folks as to why so many different societies across the globe celebrate the holidays with candles, lanterns, and other forms of illumination. Then everybody eats a hearty seasonal meal before taking a hike through the woods.
