Meat Loaf’s made other albums, but listeners only seem to care when the Bat out of Hell name is attached. Last year’s Bat out of Hell III: The Monster Is Loose follows the same pattern as its two gazillion-selling predecessors: long, operatic songs with long, operatic titles. “In the Land of the Pig, the Butcher Is King” may not pack the punch of “You Took the Words Right out of My Mouth,” but at least people are paying attention.
