Think of today’s Bride Bridal Show as a one-stop for all your wedding-planning needs. More than 150 videographers, dressmakers, bakeries, and DJs gather at the I-X Center today to show off their wares. “You are going to be spending your entire [wedding] day with them,” says show manager Jennifer Judy Fyffe. “It’s really important you like the people you hire.” It can all be a little overwhelming, so Fyffe advises blushing brides to come to the show armed with a list of wedding-day essentials. “Take care of business first,” she says. “And then taste an extra cake sample or two.”
