Moonspell takes its reputation as Portugal's top heavy-metal band quite seriously. Its latest album, Memorial, piles on rapid-fire riffs and songs about death. We can't figure out whether Fernando Ribeiro is singing in Portuguese or English, but it doesn't matter: The ass-rattling and ear-shattering tunes translate in any language.
