The juried fest, now in its 30th year, features more than 150 artists, exhibiting and selling everything from paintings to sculptures to textiles. The judges look for the formal standards -- the individual expression, the traditional aspects of the work, says Kozmon. Were purists in that way. While visitors feast their eyes on all the artwork, area vendors dish up tasty eats and local bands bring the noise. Its a delight for the senses, says Kozmon.
