At today's Goldmine National Record Show, folks can pick up everything from R&B 45s from the '50s to rare, promo-only copies of indie-rock discs released last month. The seventh-annual gathering of music geeks, hosted by Goldmine, a record-collectors' magazine, features more than 40 exhibitors and vendors from across the country, unloading vinyl, CDs, and other rock-oriented memorabilia. It's a good opportunity to complete your Elvis, Beatles, or U2 collections. Plus, psych-rock band Poobah will perform throughout the show, undoubtedly sending folks to the bins in search of some vintage Chocolate Watchband records.
