Kate does more than just update the Bard with flashy set pieces. It's also a biting commentary on divorce and theater, set to some of Porter's most memorable tunes, including "Wunderbar" and "So in Love." "I think it's one of the best scores ever written," says Dunne. "The elements of past shows come together and make it so vibrant." The play also gives non-thespians a rare view at what happens on the other side of the curtain. "I want people to get an idea of the passion," says Dunne. "It's a valentine to theater people."
