I was very disappointed with my experience at Massimo's in June 2013 and it was even more upsetting because we were there for my bridal shower. When I booked the room in January I was very excited and had a great experience talking with Lisa. Unfortunately she was not there the day of the party. We were instead left to deal with the owner Tony. We were in the front room facing West 25th and we choose that room because of the beautiful view. The problem was the air conditioning was not working properly. When we tried to pull down the shades, the majority of them were broken and dusty, so that did not help the problem. When we talked to Tony, he said the air was on and there wasn't anything he could do about it. Mind you, he said all of this as he walked around inside smoking a cigar. We were told if we wanted it to be cool we should have booked the other room. I was shocked that an owner would talk to a customer like that. I had no idea the room would be that hot, and with that comment it seemed like he did. They did give us two small fans which were not helpful in a room of fifty women. If this wasn't enough to upset me, as we were packing the car a man walked in and began talking to Tony. When I entered the restaurant Tony looked right at me and said, "tell this guy we don't let (he used the N word!) in here." I was extremely offended that he said this and it was in front of some of my guests. I cannot believe that in today's world someone still talks like this. I was so upset that my guests had to hear this come out of the owners mouth. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, and don't know how someone could go back to this place knowing the kind of language the owner uses in front of his guests.

One of the worst bars ive ever been to, the draft beer is horrible, the food is mediocre at best and the owner is homophobic and a blatent rascist, the list goes on and on. Im not sure why anyone would frequent this bar , the only good thing I can think of is that they have decent happy hour prices.

Oaks Family Care Center is a Pregnancy Crisis Center. They also do counseling! Excellent place to go if you are confused, needing support and you will be loved!

I love this place! The appetizers are big and fresh! The dinners are amazing! Lots of guac, sc and cheese... no skimpy size portions here! Bring your appetite... and the cost is minimal for the size and quality. The dining room is very pretty, authentic looking and the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are not very busy, and the only thing I can think of is that few people have discovered this gem! Never had a bad meal.

There are so many great things to have here, you really can't go wrong with whatever you order. The chicken parm is out of this world, and don't even get me started on the bread. The fresh salad dressing is wonderful, although if you want cheese on the salad they charge an extra 1.50 (but you do get a lot). Still, this is a must-visit place if you want great food!

This place is amazing, plain and simple. The food is very fresh, clean, and delicious. My personal favorite is the Chef's Tasting menu. You are going to pay 35-50ish for 4 or 6 courses respectively, but wow you sure get some tasty food. Try this one out, you'll be glad you did.

Has gone from 5 star to a weak 2 star. Beer list is predictable while service is adequate. Kitchen and food are very good but again has not improved with the changes. I'm not sure what caused all of the changes but it did not improve the Beer Engine. Has become just another bar, worth the stop if your actually driving past but not worth seeking out.

One of the best tap selections on the West side. Plenty of large screen TVs, live music and great menu. Nice Happy Hour specials. Service and kitchen here are outstanding.

Customer service is horrible! The techs have attitude problems. It's too bad had the customer service been acceptable I would have kept going back. I won't ever go back. I even contacted them about my experience they ignored it. Most businesses who want to keep them coming back will almost automatically contact the customer if there is a discrepency. Not them? They would rather ignore customer satisfaction.
