Re: “Paid Parking Will Start Soon in West Side Market Lots

I think meters, especially the ones that can take payment via card or app, is the way to go. My fear is that a booth and/or gate will cause congestion in an already congested parking lot. Anyone familiar with the area knows what Lorain and W25 look like during busy hours. This will cause congestion coming in and exiting. The exiting congestion is particularly concerning because it will cause quite a wait in the actual lot which will naturally cause cars trying to enter the lot from being able to secure a spot.

Re: “Cuyahoga County Forms Solar Co-Op to Help Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Save Money

Hey, what would be really cool is if someone did some research and talked to people around town about the efficacy of solar panels in Greater Cleveland. We have tons of cloud cover in this region, and yet I see large corporations installing solar panels anyway. What kind of ROI do these companies and residents get, and how does that stack up against our normal electric bills when you figure total cost of ownership, which includes maintenance and replacement costs. I always hear people say solar would suck here, but those people are always laymen who don't even use solar panels...I'd like to know if that assumption is true or false.

Re: “Ikea Not Building a Northeast Ohio Store in Brooklyn After All

Build it where the old rolling acres mall once stood. Plenty of highway access, and a short drive for people all around northeast Ohio.

Re: “10 Things More Expensive Than a Ticket to the Browns vs. Jaguars on Sunday ($6)

You know Cleveland's weather is going to turn shitty when the local TV weather people describe what's coming as "interesting"...which they are predicting for Sunday. A heavy snowfall and poor playing conditions are the only things that might actually make watching this game "interesting." Otherwise...not so much. Football in the snow is fun to watch.

This is the biggest indication - so far - of the City's utter conemot for the consent decree. There are numerous others.

This article is linked on some watchdog sites. The comment platform allows anyone to comment anonymously in the same format. But it's probably just one guy..
Ah well, in that case, let's adopt communism and let Chuckles and the RefuseFascism people tell us how to run the country. They shout the loudest so they probably know better.
Disappointed in you CLEstormtrooper. Be vigilant. Leftist ideals always require the dead bodies of those who disagree.

Don't put too many comments on here.

Re: “Kevin Kelley Will Be Cleveland City Council President Once Again

People wonder why Cleveland in essence is not and will not make progress. The unit rule is as old as dirt. Plus, the continuing same old people in so called power is what makes Cleveland stuck on stupid. In reality its blind mice following a bigger blind mouse. When in the hell does the president or presiding chair, assume a committee appointment. Plus, the unabridged power prevents appointments as chairmen/women of committees. Kelly basically selects those that will do as they are told. Take a good review of the public utilities committee, which has over site of the water and electric companies. T. Pruitt sat there for 4 yrs and at last scan, the water department has some of the lowest customer service ratings, bills are so messed up its sickening.

I'd rather have Chuckles' leftist ideals than your 15 comments under various names. Like dude, seriously. How much time does that take? I'm against these groups too but you are for sure overkill.
