Jam Night with the Freebyrds

For years now, Smedley's Bar and Grille in West Park has been home to one of the city's best jam sessions. Every Thursday, Rob Stibbs and Mike Miheli of the local act Freebyrds host a musicians open jam night. Amps, drums and microphones will all be provided — bring your own guitar or drum sticks if needed. The event takes place at 9 p.m. Free. (Borison)

Both Quinn and Richard are multi-instrumentalists who began writing and performing together shortly after meeting in June of 2015. Their style is a unique blend of their musical backgrounds and influenced by the roots of American music, with an emphasis on the story and sweet harmonies.
