On Thursday's episode, all three contestants failed to answer, or even attempt to answer, a single question in a category called "Talkin' Football." This led to a baffled Alex Trebek jokingly asking for a commercial break, presumably to save the contestants any more embarrassment.
"If you guys ring in and get this one, I will die," Trebek said after asking a $1000 question about the Minnesota Vikings' Purple People Eaters.
After its hosts incredulous teasing of the panel, the official Jeopardy! Twitter account seized the opportunity to make its own jab. This time, they compared the number of questions answered to the number of Browns victories this season.
The tweet comes almost a month after the Perfect Season Parade, an event that brought out nearly 3000 people to commemorate the Browns', frankly, impressive 0-16 season.Fun fact: Our contestants answered as many clues in this category as the @Browns had wins this season. pic.twitter.com/KMaR8otIHe
