While guests nosh on a five-course meal at the Carousel Dinner Theatre, Scheib (who cooked for Bill Clinton and George W. Bush) will talk about his new book, The White House Chef. The memoir-cum-cookbook reveals recipes of First Family staples like braised pork tenderloin and sweet-potato soup. Scheib -- who was replaced by one of his assistants a couple of years ago -- will also spill the beans on the presidents favorite foods. Despite rumors and punch lines, Clinton rarely ate Big Macs, he says. And Dubya lives for leftovers.
