Singer-songwriter Vance Joy has announced details regarding Nation of Two, the forthcoming follow-up album to his debut, dream your life away, a release that delivered hits such as “Riptide” and “Mess Is Mine.”

Featuring 13 new songs, Nation of Two centers on “tales of love and longing.”

Nation of Two describes a perfectly self-contained couple,” says Joy, who also announced dates for a world tour in support of the album, in a press release. He performs on June 5 at Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica. “Their world beginning and ending at the bed they share, the car they ride in, or any other place where they're together…the idea that their love for each other gives them their bearings; a point of reference that makes sense of life.”

A verified fan pre-sale begins at 10 a.m. on Monday. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 23.
