The Indians fell short of the playoffs . . . again . . . this year, but they've not been forgotten by Fox Sports. The network pokes fun at the Tribe -- or, more specifically, us, their woebegone fans -- in a new spot airing during the Division Series. The ad features former manager and Wizard of Baseball Tommy Lasorda making the case that all lovers of baseball should tune in to watch the playoffs. As he implores Tribe fans to rise up and park themselves in front of the TV, Wahoo-sporting dweebs emerge from the closet . . . and from under the sink, etc. That's right, Tribe faithful. Maybe three divisional foes kicked our behinds from April to autumn, but that's no reason not to bask in their bid for more champagne showers this month. Then again, My Name Is Earl is all new this week. -- Erich Burnett
