Maybe that
Kev Blaze album is
coming out after all. After sitting on the record for a while, Blaze's label, EMI, now says the Cleveland-based R&B singer’s debut album, Smoke ‘n Blaze, is back on the schedule and all ready for release. While no official release date has been set, the label confirms that the CD will drop soon. By the way, Blaze’s record company is now marketing the singer as the King of Street R&B.
In the meantime, Blaze’s first single, “Watch How I Do This” (which features a rap by Layzie Bone) is being aggressively pushed by Raptivism/Imperial Records, which is part of the EMI family. The song was recently heard in the MTV show
Rob and Big. Give it a listen below. --
