Now We Know Where Gov. Strickland Keeps His Alcohol

Chris Rock had "No Sex in the Champagne Room." Now, Gov. Strickland has "No Drinking at the Governor's Residence." Strickland has suspended a program that let inmates from various counties work in his mansion, cooking, cleaning and doing whatever other jobs were needed. Why? Well, two of those inmates, Nicholas Hoaja and Dallas Feazell, decided it was time to get drunk. Perusing through a refrigerator and a cabinet in the kitchen, the inmates popped the proverbial bottle, and while the details are vague, Hoaja and Feazell were said to have consumed wine or some sort of liquor (Strickland has to be a Grey Goose man, right?).

Hoaja drank enough of whatever the substance was for his blood-alcohol level to reach 0.27 percent, more than three times the legal limit. Feazell only registered at 0.05 percent, meaning he was standing off to the side yelling "Chug, Chug, Chug!"

No charges were filed against the two inmates since they are both imprisoned for felonies and cannot be charged with the misdemeanor of stealing and consuming Strickland's alcohol. Strickland hopes that the program can one day continue, but he might want to find a better hiding spot for his alcohol before that happens. I mean really, a fridge and a cabinet? Didn't you learn anything from college?
