Those hoping that Frank Russo's plea agreement with the prosecutors would involve hefty jail time will be happy.

The former auditor pleaded guilty today to all 21 counts and, per his plea deal, will spend over 21 years in prison.

According to the PD, Russo will be officially sentenced in December and off to the slammer in May.

The plea agreement, which U.S. District Judge Kate O'Malley accepted, calls for Russo to spend almost 22 years in prison and pay an undetermined amount of restitution.

It also stipulates that Russo will not have to testify against any other targets in the ongoing county corruption probe, and does the same for his son Vince, who is expected to plead guilty on Friday to one count of bribery.
