After an investigation, the prosecutor's office now says that Carter will not be charged. (Columbus Dispatch)

Update: Carter's lawyer now says the detective in the investigation told him that Carter will not be charged. The city, however, says the investigation is still ongoing and no decisions have been made. The 18-year-old has been released from jail and could sign his letter of intent with the Ohio State Buckeyes today. (Cleveland.com)

Chris Carter is a three-star recruit who committed to play football for the Ohio State Buckeyes. The John F. Kennedy student might be doing something different next year than playing football for OSU, however, after allegations that he fondled as many as eight girls at JFK.

The 18-year-old had a ruse to get girls to cop to his frisky hands: he told them he needed to measure them for ROTC outfits. Of course, measuring someone for an ROTC outfit does not often necessitate them removing their clothes or having their breasts grabbed.
