But the law is hot to even these junior varsity forms of public disobedience; there was state money set aside to fund investigations into complaints of secret smokers. Was, because this enforcement purse has been clipped from the state’s budget. In the past, the Ohio Department of Health had up to $1.16 million to track down violations last year, but nothing now.
