A moment from the opening night of last year's Cleveland International Film Festival.
This year's Cleveland International Film Festival, kicking off in March, is bringing films to both sides of the city.

As usual, the 43rd installment of the event is playing hundreds of films during the festival run at Tower City downtown. But this time around, people who don't like to travel to far from their neighborhoods can also check out films at Cleveland Museum of Art and Cleveland Museum of Natural History on the east side and Near West Theatre and the Capitol Theatre on the west.

“We are proud and excited to establish residencies in two premier arts districts within the City of Cleveland," CIFF Executive Director Marcie Goodman said in a statement. "Complementing our presence in Downtown Cleveland with these additional locations will result in a very robust CIFF43."

CIFF West runs the first weekend of the festival and CIFF East the second, with dates for the event running March 27 through April 7.

While we won't know the official schedule details until March 1, find out everything else about this year's installment of CIFF right here.
