Bobby Flay to open his first Bobby’s Burger Palace in Ohio when Cincinnati’s Horseshoe Casino opens March 4th. This will be Flay’s 14th Bobby’s Burger Palace. It will join Jack Binion’s Steak and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville at the new $400 million development, which is the fourth and final casino to open in the State of Ohio. The 3,500 sq. ft. restaurant is located inside the casino adjacent to the gaming floor with seating for about 90 people.

“There are no plans to open in Cleveland due to space restrictions. Cleveland’s Horseshoe Casino’s burger needs are already being met by Flay’s good friend, Chef Michael Symon’s B-Spot,” says Jennifer Kulczycki of Rock Gaming LLC.

Flay opened the first Burger Palace on Long Island in 2008. “At any time of year, my favorite thing to eat is a cheeseburger,” says Bobby. “And at Bobby’s Burger Palace, I celebrate America’s variety of flavors, styles and cultures surrounding this classic staple, offering a selection of specialty burgers, served at a great price. I’m very excited to open the first Bobby’s Burger Place in the Midwest and be able to share this with the families and residents of Cincinnati.”
