According to the financial website 24/7 Wall Street, which compiles lists and fun facts about America's economic shit storms for the pleasure of global investors, has ranked the top ten most dangerous cities in the United States.

And Cleveland is only number 10!

Police chief Mike McGrath has said that there was little change in Cleveland's crime statistics from 2011 to 2012; nationwide, there's been a 1.2 percent increase in violent crime. As usual, there's a strong correlation with metro poverty levels.

Here are all the cities we are safer than:

10 - Cleveland
9 - Baltimore
8 - New Haven, Conn.
7 - Birmingham, Ala.
6 - Stockton, Calif.
5 - Memphis, Tenn.
