Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson has officially declared this week "Brown and Orange Week," in efforts to rally fans as the Browns gear up to take on long-time rivals the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Considered to be one of the most intense rivalries in the NFL, Sunday's game is suspected to be particularly vicious as both teams are tied in the division with records of 4-6.
