The video obtained exclusively by newsnet5.com shows two suspects chasing an SUV down West 58th Street, one of the suspects allegedly grabbed a gun and fired shots down the street.
Ruse said he believes the footage shows a drug deal going bad, and has taken the footage to the Second District Police Headquarters.
"I am known on the street as the snitch because I call all the time," said Reuse. "There's four houses right here with young kids. Even if they're in the house not doing anything outside, if somebody shoots and a wild shot goes through the house, any one of these kids could be shot."See the footage for yourself below:
