Hard Rock Rocksino Unveils Michael Stanley Video Lottery Terminal

Music News

Earlier this afternoon, Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park celebrated its second anniversary with the induction of Michael Stanley’s video lottery terminal (slot-like device). The machine joins the Hard Rock’s “VLT Hall of Fame,” and sits near a Bernie Kosar video lottery terminal (slot-like device).

“We’re honored to have you here today to celebrate not only our second anniversairy but also for a special unveiling of Michael Stanley’s exclusive game which will be part of our special VLT Hall of Fame,” said Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park president Mark Birtha before explaining that the game was built on the “double diamond strike platform.”

Maximum bets are $3 and minimum bets are $1. The maximum payout is $10,000.

“Like Bernie Kosar, Michael is another hometown superstar," said Birtha. "His popularity doesn’t show any signs of letting up.”

Also, as part of Hard Rock Rocksino’s 2nd year anniversary celebration, Chairman Brock Milstein presented a check for $250,000 to the Village of Northfield’s Mayor for various Village improvements.

Stanley, who described Hard Rock Live, the concert hall located at the casino as a “great facility,” plays two, sold-out performances at the venue this weekend.

“This is not something I ever saw in the future for myself,” Stanley told reporters. “It is indeed a great honor. Also, to join Bernie is another true honor. He’s one of my favorite people in the world and nobody loves Cleveland more than he does.”

For the unveiling, Stanley pulled a black cloak off the machine and then played for a bit before inviting casino guests to play (on the casino's dime) and then pose for photos.
