Five years ago last month, Jack Casino (formerly Horseshoe Casino) opened its doors in downtown Cleveland. And ever since then, diners could count on reliable quick-serve meals at Rosie & Rocco’s, chef Rocco Whalen’s Italian concept, and Michael Symon’s B Spot.

Those two options closed at the tail end of May when their contracts expired, explains Samatha Chyette, communications manager for Jack Entertainment. Those two eateries will be replaced this summer by Nonna Pazza and Stack’d.

Nonna is described as "a quaint Italian joint that serves made-to-order pasta dishes and create-your-own flatbreads, with all homemade ingredients and sauces made from scratch." Stack’d will offer guests "outrageous hot sandwiches, street tacos, burgers and all-day breakfast options," among other things. That menu will be served 24/7

Corky & Lenny’s and the buffet are both still operating.
