Rodney Curlee, 35, is wanted on a felony charge after assaulting his ex-girlfriend and pushing her out of a window a month ago.
The victim, Treena Payne, survived the 30-foot fall, but shattered her pelvis and broke her left leg.
“I was in so much pain that I was numb over my whole body,” Payne, who's still in the hospital, recently told News 5 Cleveland.
Before the fall, Curlee choked Payne and threaten her with a knife. And this is not the first time Curlee abused his ex-girlfriend. The Portage County man received community control sanctions in 2012 after he was convicted of assault against Payne.
A warrant for Curlee's arrest was issued June 15, but he remains missing.
