Loved our experience at Flour. The pizza is authentic Italian style much like we enjoyed on our recent vacation there. When your pizza chef is a native of Torino you got a pretty good lead on delivering the real deal.
Wish it was closer but the distance won't deter us from going back. We have a reservation for a week from now and we can't wait to try some of the dishes you've described.
