@ Nei' Gress I own a home in highland heights right in the legends of aberdeen right on the golf course, what do you mean black people don't live there? as far as many of the other things you say i agree with this isn't one of them though and there is a black couple right around the corner from me. I don't believe the city does anything to discourage blacks from living there. maybe pricing of homes might discourage some, but i can say out of many places i've lived i've never had an issue with anyone or anything here. police don't harass you as they do in other cities, my neighbors don't even bother me. everyone keeps to themselves and mind their own business.
