    Sue...from the amount of money that I have been told was spent on the 1361in several efforts at rebuilding the locomotive it appears that this was a classic case of trying to rebuild something in a piece meal fashion. For what was spent on that engine overall it could have been rebuilt back to the way it was when it came off the erecting floor if it had all been done in one effort. It appears that the old cliche of "Do it right the first time"applies to the 1361 and also now also applies to the 4070
